Art Nouveau English Bronze bust of a woman. Jenny Hester Wood R A . c 1910. Unsigned. A finely sculpted and hand finished patinated bronze female head. The colour and shape of the marble base is typical of all her work. This piece was acquired direct from the artists family.
History
Jenny Hester Wood flourished between 1898 and 1920 and exhibited at the Royal Academy. She is listed as having studied at Manchester University Art School.

Condition Excellent original condition.
